Make sure you get the top floor!

The room was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. The problem with the room was that it was located above a pub which was extremely noisy and has extended hours. There was a Canada US hockey game going on and of course Canada won which contributed to the noise level. It was not quiet until after 3 am. The temperature was also hard to control and the air conditioner unit was extremely noisy. The hotel staff did offer a courtesy discount. I had a 20 hour flight the next day, a good sleep would have been the better trade off. Breakfast was just okay. They had a make your own waffle station which was very busy and the only hot option. The egg option was a cold hard boiled egg.

It us easy access to the city train. Walking distance to the Vancouver places fir covention. The staff front desk was very helpfull and friendly, except the breakfast staff was not friendly and rude. But the other thing was excellent

The location was amazing! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating to one’s needs. It was my first time in Vancouver and they made it special with their complimentary breakfast and activities list of places to visit and experience. Would recommend to anyone visiting Vancouver!

The parking was a bit confusing, but the staff at the front desk were very helpful and patient with my questions. Overall, a nice stay. Only a brief walk to the convention center, and lots of dining options, even for people with dietary restrictions.
