The room was very dirty when we moved in, with long black hairs everywhere. We didn't like that there was no proper sheet on the duvet; it felt unhygienic.

It was a great location in downtown. It is definitely outdated and the elevator stopped working twice on our stay.it could use a makeover. Overall great price and location.

The only thing that was good about the hotel is the location. The property is old and run down, the hallway had big bark stains. The room was old and run down, the towel bar was loose and the toilet paper holder. The toilet space was very narrow even for a small person. The place smell like mole. The continental breakfast was not good even the coffee. Will never stay there again.

This is a well-run hotel in the middle of Vancouver coast to transportation and shopping. The staff are friendly and the rooms are adequate. The breakfast is efficient to Get you going for the day. I look forward to returning to Vancouver to stay here again.

DO NOT stay here. The pictures are very photoshopped. It looks and feels like they just retrofitted low-income apartments. You can hear people walking pass the room, you can here walking around upstairs. I couldn't stay one more day. I found few bugs crawling around the bathroom.

Rooms are tiny, paint in the washrooms are old, windows look out into a wall. Breakfast is included but it is a continental breakfast and not worth choosing this over another place. However, price was the deciding factor.
