We only have amazing things to say about this hotel!! We booked just one night for my husband's birthday and everything was perfect. From before we even arrived with helpful texts about parking etc. I wasn't left wondering about anything which really eased any anxiety I might usually have going to a new place. When we arrived the front desk attendant was very friendly and efficient. We were told we had been upgraded to the biggest suite they had and then when he found out it was for a birthday he sent up a complimentary bottle on wine to our room as well! We really felt like royalty there. The room was the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bathtub and the record player were highlights for me! I also really appreciated the option to text the front desk staff instead of calling. Bonus points for that. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant the next morning was superb as well, very glad we opted into that while booking. Thank you for such a memorable stay, EXchange Hotel!

First of all, the cleanliness of the hotel was amazing. And the hotel staff welcomes you the same way every day of your stay and they are very good at solving your requests easily. Also, the location of the hotel is great, you can easily reach wherever you want at any time. The rooms definitely make you feel like home.
