The property and staff were nice but our room was the smallest hotel room ever ..Queen size bed 2 feet around ..AC did not work and no window and crazy hot in December? Shower was weak and poor ligting throughout..Light on closet rack burnt out ..Main door to room needs adjusting as it slams so hard could break ones hand ..

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location is walking distance from the sky train for transit to/from the airport and also central to many of downtown Vancouver's attractions. Well worth a stay.

Our stay at EXchange hotel was perfect. Staff was very attentive and room was spotless. The location was within walking distance of the Christmas Market at Jack Poole Plaza and lights at Canada Place as well as the downtown area for shopping.

So many reasons to rave about the EXchange Hotel Vancouver! The location and accommodations were great, but it was the wonderful, caring staff that really made my stay something to remember fondly. From the bellhop to the desk clerks to the maid staff, everyone was friendly and made the effort to get to know me. I really appreciated that they went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my stay. I went to Vancouver to attend the Taylor Swift concert. When the staff found out, through our friendly conversations, I came back to my room one evening to find a lovely gift of a TS mug and book! It was an unexpected surprise and just one example of the kindness and consideration shown by the staff. If I am fortunate enough to visit Vancouver again, I will definitely stay at the EXchange hotel!

Had a lovely staycation at the Exchange. The room was thoughtfully designed and spacious for our needs. As we were already familiar with the area, this hotel was in the perfect walking vicinity of everything we needed to explore downtown. I give every staff we encountered 5 stars, they were always so welcoming at the start of the day and returning back for the evening!
