Couldn’t get a better location. Block away from where the skytrain dropped you off. Block away from the waterfront. Not too much rubbadub around the hotel. Pretty safe.

Best technology and comfortable hotel

This is a great hotel, friendly staffs, well organized, high technology, stylish and new. The only problem is that their windows and door are not soundproof so we could hear people screaming late at night or if someone is talking and passed by our room. I will still recommend it to my friends and family.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location was very convenient as everything was nearby. The only problem we occurred was the air conditioning. It was not as cold as we would have preferred but bearable. The staff was kind to give us a discount due to the inconvenience and offered to move us into another room. We declined the move due to only having two more days left in our vacation. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay at the Exchange.

Very chic boutique hotel. Amazing renovation and very enviro friendly - LEED certified. Rooms gorgeous. Staff were the ultimate in Service and friendliness. Highly recommend to business and leisure travellers. I haven’t given a hotel a 5 rating ever!

This hotel was fantastic. Close to the port and very centrally located. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were modern and clean. I wish I could have stayed longer but will definitely visit again!
