Very nice place to stay . But if your smoking and elderly not the place to stay as there’s a bit of the wall and tripping hazards in the smoking area I unfortunately witnessed an elderly man struggling to get off the curb in the smoking area . The pool was nice most of the staff were nice .

Friendly, helpful staff. An older property but clean and good value with breakfast and free parking. Location is very good to Stanley Park and Capilano suspension bridge

Location is good. Close to public transportation to downtown. Rooms are comfortable although require upgrades and maintenance of the property. Breakfast included is a plus and is good to start your day. Is not a 5 star hotel but gives you a comfortable stay.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious and clean. The privacy curtains let plenty of sunlight in while still blocking the view inward. Climate control is very effective. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The microwaved breakfast sandwiches are terrible and the rest of the offerings are nothing to write home about.

Moldy bathroom, with someone else’s hair in the shower and in the towels and bed. Carpet was sticky and disgusting defenitly cannot take off your shoes off. The pool was disgusting . You’d be better off to sleep in your car than to catch something nasty at this awful hotel. Would never stay at this dive hotel ever again. This hotel should cost no more than $100 a night.

We had a reservation with 2 queen beds (both myself and my son are 6'3" and prefer the space of our own bed), but when we checked in we were given a room with a single bed. The front desk staff informed us that it was actually not their fault, that they wouldn’t do anything for us, and that we were free to call the 800 number to complain if we wished. Other than that, it was a pretty standard room.
