Passing through Vancouver on vacation

Elements hotel was very nice. Friendly staff, clean accommodations, room was a studio so a lot of stuff in a small space but it was fine only a couple of nights. Breakfast provided was good too! Located in Metrotown across from a mall and grocery store. A couple of blocks to transit station. Connected to hotel was the restaurant Trattoria! Went there for lunch, dinner and late night snack during our stay. Food was delicious, service impeccable and reasonably priced. Too bad hotel doesn’t work out arrangement with restaurant for staying guests to get a discount. Win win for both!

I love the location! Element Hotel is a walking distance to the Metropolis mall, grocery store right across the street. It is safe to walk around. There are many restaurants to pick from and the place is clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. We will be back again!

While we appreciated the complimentary EV charging, the experience was far from ideal. There was only one 30A charger, first come, first served — and one car was parked there for 9 hours. We barely got a charge in. For a hotel catering to modern travelers, this setup isn’t sufficient. Management really needs to invest in more (and faster) chargers.
