The hotel is very well situated downtown. Specifically walkable to the convention centre. The French vibe is lovely. The room was nice - perhaps a little tired. BUT where this hotel truly shines is with the staff. VERY friendly and helpful. The restaurant is FABULOUS.

Beautiful Hotel in downtown, walking distance to so many amazing restaurants and venues. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Dropped a earring down the sink and they where able to rescue it for us. I highly recommend staying here,

We didn't like the homeless people, the needles on on the ground, and drug paraphenalia and druggies right outside the front door and surrounding streets. The hotel interior was nice and fancy. We called and asked if our room was ready and we were told yes, but when we arrived 2 hours later the room was not ready and we had to waste valuable time waiting.

We love this hotel! We had a minor issue with the heat but they quickly moved us to another room. We did order room service (1st time ever) and unfortunately the only thing that was hot was the soup. The other 3 dishes were cold (before the room switch). This is an easy fix....we just wont order it again. But we will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a good location, but the building is a bit old, which sometimes means that it is noisy. For example, the heater was noisy all night. The good things are that the staff are nice and the service is really good. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are very clean.

I enjoy coming to this hotel as the staff is friendly. This time my room was right across from the elevator so unfortunately it was loud. I also got sick ( I ate some seafood from my fav restaurant attached to the hotel and within hours I was sick) and unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have a store to purchase any medication and it was after hours so I had to suffer through the night. Wasn't my best stay here but life happens. Definitely recommend and was happy what I paid for through Expedia.
