Our 1st room (the room we actually booked) didnt have the city views as listed. But that was ok, trees & back area of other hotels however, once in & starting to unpack, my husband had to go back to car. That was when i noticed the door casing was detached from the top all the way past the door latch and the door latch was barely attached! Making it pretty insecure! Took pics and then asked to be moved. Better room, more like the room i thought i booked! Upgraded to a two bedroom, which we didnt need, but it nice of them. The afternoon staff, check in & manager were rude " not helpful. However, a gentalman possibly concierge was EXTREMELY HELPFUL, NICE & COURTEOUS. Morning personnel much more heplful and courteous.

This place was extremely delapitated. I was disappointed. It felt like I had rented a room that someone had lived in it for two years. Everything nis incredibnly cheap, and the fixtures are either broken or damaged and old.

Big property and not full but all guests put together so they can hear each other. Thin walls, a shoe under my bed so cleaning not amazing . Room safe up on a shelf that’s about to break and not bolted down. Many hallways and rooms far away. Good things…. Keureg Coffee machine and the balcony door can open a little. Pool closed for repairs.
