Staff were quick to check us in and they offered express check out. We ordered a suite with a pull out couch bed for our extra guest. The bed was not pulled out upon arrival and we had to rearrange furniture in order to pull it out. The extra pillow in the closet was stained, so we gave our extra guest pillows from the bed. There was also a stain on one of the towels and what appeared to be water damage on the walls. The TV remotes barely worked as well. Other than that, the stay was just fine.

The room they first assigned to me was not my liking as it was right next to the elevator and smelled of cigarette smoking. I asked the front desk lady (Alex) for a room change and they changed me to a better room. I appreciate the help and accommodation of the front staff. This hotel is quite dated and appears a bit dirty in just a few places in the room. The parking is very convenient but does cost a little extra.
