This is our first time staying here. It's basically part of the Airport. Super soundproof! Very friendly and great service like Celine from Guest services and they offer a free membership program which gives you 10% off and more. We ordered the Butler steak, which was very lean, great taste!

I will request a handicap room if I stay here again: Negatives: 1. No grab bars in the marble shower, only small knob on inside of shower door, and floor was slippery 2. Shower water handle was extremely hard to pull on (initially thought the shower was broken) 3. No tub grips in the tub made it difficult to get out (very slick) plus only one grab bar on the separator wall was not well located 4. Had to call for an additional fridge for my medication - please note in the room description that the minibar fridge is pressure sensitive! Did not appreciate that surprise. Positives: 1. Safe, quiet, spacious room with comfortable bed 2. Fantastic view 3. Friendly Staff 4. In airport

Well worth the money

Staying right at the airport at the Fairmont was amazing. The rooms were quiet, clean and up to date. The convenience of being able to catch an early morning flight was well worth the extra money. The soaking tub was nice and big making for a relaxing night before a hectic day of travel.

Hotel is at the airport - we just had to walk downstairs to check in for our flight. We had complimentary snacks, drinks and breakfast, along with great bath amenities and loved everything about our stay.
