Room had not been cleaned properly and found plastic things under the chair in bedroom, toiletries were not stocked, half used by the previous customer . Unfortunately, many staff could not understand what you were saying, bar man was excellent, made lovely cocktails. The room was noisy next to the lifts and the Internet and cable did not work. Very disappointing stay considering it’s five star Fairmont

Hello, The staff was wonderful at the restaurant and house keeping was great. However there were a few things that happened that were irritating during our stay. The first being that at 7:10am a service worker was outside our room changing the elevator lights. This was shockingly loud and woke both my friend and I up. Not only was the actual maintenance loud with him banging the light cover back into the wall with his fist, he also had music playing from his phone which we could hear while laying in our beds. The second thing that happened was a fire drill for staff at about 3pm. I understand these things have to happen however we were not told that it was going to happen and we had just got back to the room to relax in the short amount of time that we had before leaving for the evening again. We decided to leave the hotel and therefore did not get to enjoy our room during the time we planned to. I look forward to hearing back with your response. Sincerly, Erika

This place is incredible. Location amazing by the water and the Waterfront Station for all the Skytrain and Seabus public transit. Restaurants all around and close to Gastown. Near Stanley Park and the Coal Harbour Seawall.

Always one of my favourite places to stay. Beautiful view, amazing service. Great restaurant in house and room service. Spacious rooms. Walking distance from downtown shopping and dining. Underground parking never seems overcrowded. I stay here a few times a year and always enjoy the experience.

Check-in was great and Miryam was great.We got to our room and it was clean and tidy. The hotel was convenient for everything we had planned for the weekend. A small thing, but a thing was the shower gel was empty in the shower. We did not have breakfast, but the evening meal we had at the Arc restaurant was quite delicious. The staff we had serve us was quite exemplary. Overall, a good weekend.
