The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room keys was not working. The front desk lady came up and gave us another set of keys right away.

The only issue is the shuttle. Was told it picked up at airport every 1/2 hour on the 15 after and 15 minutes on the hour. We arrived at the shuttle stand at 5:32 exactly! By 5:55 when no can arrived I called the hotel & was told the shuttle picked up at 5:45 which is NOT TRUE. It would have come at 5:30 so the times they state are not accurate. I realize they could he late due to traffic. But beyond frustrating for a tired traveller. We waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle!!!

The cleaning staff need to take more care with the elevators. Room was a little cool , but i managed to work the heat on day 2. All in all it is well placed for transportation, and restaurants. Airport Shuttle was prompt and drivers helpful.

Check in staff has no facial expression at all. Not feeling welcome to the hotel. Towels in the bathroom have lots of hairs, one towel is so worn out in grey color. Bed sheets are questionable as they were so wrinkly!! I doubt if housekeepers had changed it after previous guests checked out! Housekeepers ladies start working around 8am on Sat morning and they talked so loud like nobody in the hotel. After I told them to be quiet as people are still sleeping, they talked even louder and banging stuffs next door. Horrible experience, will never go back!
