Very clean and staff was very helpful setting up shuttles to cruise terminal and airport. Area limited to what you could walk to, McDonald’s very close and numerous Asian restaurants along with small shopping mall.

Was in a deluxe king room but it seemed worn out. Appreciated the large bath tub Mini fridge created so much noise in the night I had to unplug it so I could sleep! Broken elevator made it difficult to get downstairs the hour before checkout Could not get a print out my of my receipt when I checked out Some issues with the shuttle for customers

Booked hotel for my mother arriving from Europe. She was unable to have a shower because there was only scolding hot water. Staff was extremely unhelpful and disinterested. The next day she needed to get to the south terminal in Vancouver. She was told they don’t go there. Only the main airport. After pleading with the manager they finally took her there. Staff was rude. Will never book there again

The hotel is a ten minute walk from the sky train station and also has an airport shuttle, which is convenient. The hotel and room were quiet, clean, and smelled pleasant also. Staff were congenial and helpful.

Felt very uncomfortable whenever I would go out for a cigarette, I would ear and see rats running around, and my Wife was extremely scared

The room on initial inspection looked clean, but the close I looked it was pretty rushed cleaning job. The floor had rice on it, bedding was stained and there was hair on the bathroom floor.

On July 18th it was our honeymoon night and we had a reservation. By NO FAULT of our own, there was a Microsoft outage nationwide. They were unable to accommodate any of the patrons with any assistance. No refund for no stay given when it was not our fault. No offer of credit for another night. What a way to start your married life.

The hair conditioner bottle in the shower was empty. I believe this is something that should be topped up after each guest leaves the room, so the next person has the things they will need when getting ready.

Not bad but obiviously it’s not a 5 star luxury hotel, good for travelers with limited budget, room are clean staff are friendly lots restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
