Amazing location with many dining options in the area with many restaurants within an easy walk. Pros: so many dining options, walkable area, mall across the street, safe, bus stop nearby, train service nearby, gym with free weights, continental breakfast included Cons: basic continental breakfast, no onsite pool, only free weights in gym, hallways could use some more vacuuming and cleaning, slow service in cleaning up breakfast area

I had an oily film around the bath when I checked in as well as a blood spot on the wall above the shower and flies everywhere in the room, dead in the sink and bath.. when I asked to have the bath cleaned the front desk said we can change rooms if we wish instead of cleaning it.. they also didn’t clean my room the two nights I stayed.

We stayed in the King Suite and it was great. We loved the size of the bathtub, which made the extra cost well worth it. The breakfast should have better offerings for the price of the rooms, but that was our only complaint.

I only stayed here overnight for the airport however links to the city were really good too. The shuttle bus to the airport was super convenient, reliable and simple to use. I didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment but would definitely stay here again when flying in or out of Vancouver.
