I don't know how the front desk can work in the horribly smelling lobby. The fragrance was so overpowering and toxic—really awful. We wouldn't have stayed if the smell had been in our room. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and the room was quiet. I'm glad we had an extra blanket in our vehicle, as the bedding was quite thin.

Great place to stay if you’re in town for an event
The people who work there were extremely nice and helpful. Location is terrific—easy Uber pick-up and drop-off, and on-site parking is very safe. Laundry, sauna, full communal kitchen, and rooftop deck was a huge bonus!

I had a pleasant stay here with my family. During the check in the staff were pretty nice. The rooms were a little dated and the tv didn’t work. The rooftop had some gorgeous views of the city. It’s like any other hotel in this price range. There was a lady that was being such a Karen and demanding some unreasonable things. Girl you paid x amount it’s not a five star hotel chill. That lady was a nuisance. Overall, would stay again.
