Very friendly staff, pretty hotel. Directly across the street from BC place and a few blocks from Rogers Place. Perfect location if your going to a concert or a hockey game.

The facility is very old. Too is out of date. Bathroom is old and small. Room doesn’t look clean and seem like from towels to the rug is old. I found bugs on my bed. Never ever come back again.

I would never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel or try to book. On 12-th of October I was trying to book a hotel for that day at this place, but Expedia search mistakenly showed me next day, and I booked for the following day without noticing, right after I gave them a call asked for refund and mentioned about the mistake and they just simply never accepted it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to click on this hotel.

I love the location of this hotel. It’s nicely renovated and kept up. My only complaint is the sheets on the beds. They are rough and almost felt like I was sleeping on a mattress pad rather than a bottom sheet
