The hotel was decent, but definitely not worth $1,000 for two nights—overpriced for what it offered. There weren’t enough seats available during breakfast, the selection was limited, and items weren’t restocked promptly. Not coming back

Poor value for money. Impossible to use stairs rather than the lift. Worryingly for fire safety, if you do open a door to the staircase, you will find the handles on the other side don’t work which means if your way was blocked lower down you would be trapped and couldn’t come out on a floor, cross it and take another staircase. Breakfast quality is dire. No hotel in this price bracket in the UK would get away with serving rubbish like this. They can’t even cook eggs and buy in omelettes and scrambled eggs.

Very happy with our recent stay. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. Our room, along with the entire hotel was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy, and our room was quiet. Breakfast was good everything fresh and well stocked. Will definitely return again, when in the Vancouver area.
