Elevator issues

I stayed with my son and I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood with him after dark. The area is very convenient. Lots of shopping and dining options. Uber was convenient and about 10-15 per ride to get to all the attractions. The hotel was good my only complaint is you can’t use the stairs you have to use the elevator. It became very slow and inconvenient especially when one was down for hours. The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast. Would stay here again.

Our bed was directly against the elevator wall. Upon check in we were told our truck wouldn’t fit in their parking space and then the parking lot we were directed to by the front desk clerk was full. So we inconveniently had to drive around to find an available parking lot. The front desk clerk said “that’s just the way it is”.

Comfortable hotel with great location

Comfortable hotel with great location and amenities. Rooms was large and very comfortable with a beautiful view. The complimentary breakfast was good and had lots of options. My kids enjoyed the Horton on the top floor overlooking Roger’s arena. There was also a foosball and ping pong table.

We were very happy with our choice, Hampton Inn is an excellent option: it is well located downtown, close to everything. It is about 15 minute walk to Gastown and Canada Place. Many restaurants and shops in close proximity. The room is spacious and clean, everything works fine. There's even a microwave, which can be handy. Breakfast is good, nice variety of choices. And the staff is friendly and helpful.
