Truly appreciate the cleanliness of the property and room. The breakfast selection didn't disappoint. I didn't like the off-lot additional parking in front of the hotel due to safety reasons. Overall, I would stay here again.

This hotel consistently pleases. It is clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are just perfect, and result in a great nights sleep. Hotel front desk staff were great. They upgraded us to a suite, which offered a bit more room, else rooms are a bit small. The hotel was busy so the breakfast which is normally very good was a nightmare. People were pushy, greedy, (e.g. one inconsiderate slob took all 12 remainng breakfast sausages for himself), and rude. But that isn't the hotels fault, and it is a difficult situation to deal with. Otherwise everything was great.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and this is the first bad experience that I have had. The room had not been cleaned very well and had pieces of food on the carpet near the bed from the previous guest. One of the bathroom towels had blood stains (had been washed but the stains remained) on them. Housekeeping knocked on my door and then immediately unlocked the door and entered my room without pausing for a response. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they did respond appropriately but I was grossed out. I spoke to the housekeeping supervisor and she had the bathroom cleaned and the floor vacuumed. The key cards kept turning off and had to be turned back on and I did NOT have the cards near my phone. (This is an ongoing issue with the key cards). The room cost more than I usually pay when I stay here and overall I was disappointed with the stay.
