The hotel was great, staff was wonderful. The hotel was clean so were the grounds but if you went off the grounds it was filthy like the Costco across the street. We also went down to Tim Hortons and on the way there everything was very dirty, trash everywhere. Joanna and Cindy were the best.

Shuttle ride from airport was free,but my wife with a bad back was in pain the whole ride . Driving like he was in a race,hard stops, flying over the speed bumps,no tip from us .There was nothing to eat in the area,ate hot pockets from lobby for supper.Had a reservation for room at 3 pm arrival, showed up at 2 pm,room not cleaned yet, waited 30 minutes,asked if was ready yet.Checked with house cleaning,said a room was available,when we were about to enter room, cleaning lady said it was not cleaned yet,but both rooms on either side were clean.So they called down stairs and told them,but heard they were locked out in the computer,but we're clean,so we received the key for one of the rooms,air conditioner needs repair, very loud,bad beds, could not sleep all night,tub needs refinish also.. Breakfast was very bland,not tasty.

Nice, well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Room was small but laid out well. Not much of a lobby. Breakfast was decent. Parking was convenient. Location is ideal for the airport but not much else.

Desk staff were amazing. So helpful, kind and patient. Give them all a raise. And our room was cleaned while we were at breakfast. Didn’t even know they would do that. Give them a raise too.
