Impressed by the Positive Changes!
After a year of not staying at your hotel due to pricing, I decided to return, as the rates seemed more reasonable this time. I’m so glad I did! My stay was truly enjoyable, and I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special mention to Brandon at the front desk, who greeted us warmly and thoughtfully offered bottled water—a small but meaningful touch.
Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find room slippers, earplugs, and sanitizing wipes. The bed sheets and pillows were exceptionally soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep.
One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the hotel’s commitment to inclusivity. I truly admire that you employ staff with disabilities in the breakfast area and provide clear communication instructions at each table—this is both thoughtful and commendable.
Breakfast was another highlight! In addition to the hot food options and my favorite Cinnabon buns, I loved the congee, fresh strawberries, blueberries, and the vegetable tray with dip. The variety was fantastic.
When checking out, the front desk staff once again offered bottled water for our journey home—another thoughtful gesture that didn’t go unnoticed.
