The breakfast was very plentiful, and the staff were extremely friendly. The front desk was professional and very nice. When they saw we had two children, they even brought out gifts for the kids to each pick two, which was very thoughtful. The parking was not crowded, and the gym facilities were good and clean. The only small regret was not being able to use the outdoor pool—our two kids were a bit disappointed, but given the outdoor temperature, it was understandable. Overall, the experience was excellent and highly recommended. This is by far the best Holiday Inn I have stayed at.

It was actually quite good. Much closer to the Skytrain than I had realized, so that's on me. Very busy area with lots of traffic, but that's all of Greater Vancouver area all the time these days. Very nice staff.
