I had a small complaint about the tv in the suite not working, and the one in the bedroom worked fine. So i said, is it the old man not sure of to use the remote or was the tv not working. I had breakfast and went back to my room and it was fixed Good job team

Our room was a bit dated but had everything we needed. Convenient 2 queen beds w/ a kitchenette. Superstore across the street. Two restaurants and liquor store on the property. Felt very safe. Slept well. We used the gym, laundry, pool and sauna. Our 4th floor view was surrounded by trees which we loved for privacy. Our window opened slightly so you can hear the water fall and see white lights at night which we found incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Parking was included and plentiful. The only thing I'd suggest is front staff acknowledge, look up or smile at guests. We stayed 4 nights and only had one receptionist smiled at us. Such a small gesture but goes a long way. Otherwise, very nice vacation and I would recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff. Rooms were spotless. The restaurant (Medley’s ) has lovely lighting and atmosphere and the staff was incredible - professional, but humorous too. We really enjoyed our stay

You can tell this property was good back in the day, very inviting front and lobby. Rooms are dated and TV’s are very old. The location is not inviting, feels quite “low rent” for charging almost $500/night.

We arrived and there was a power outage so the elevators and front door was not working. Finally lights back and we were able to check into our room. I did not like the fact that if there is more then 2 guest, they are charged extra. Also no breakfast options. Rooms are spacious and nice.

Not a bad place to stay

Everything was good with the exception of two things. The first was that one day my bath towels were all taken away and not restocked. Luckily I was able make do with the smaller hand towels to get by that morning and the next day everything was back. The second issue was that when I got back one day the room was warm and the air conditioner made a horribly loud noise when trying to start. I told the front desk the next morning and said they could go in anytime during the day. When I got back it didn’t look like it had been touched and when I turned it on it again made a horrible noise.
