We enjoyed our stay. Good front desk check in experience and nice roomy parking stalls. Had a good breakfast and enjoyed this fantastic location for our trip (grey cup). However we were woken up at 415 am with a heated conversation in the suite next door to us. These folks were not yelling, just talking loudly and we heard every word clearly. The 2nd floor suites (we were in 203) are FAR from soundproof like one is accustomed to at most high end hotels. For $500+ per night I expect an undisturbed, good night sleep and not to hear what’s going on next door, ever! The turn down chocolates are always nice too!

I’ve stayed with Blu a few times over the last few years and it’s decent. Highly recommend a terrace or other balcony room if not a suite, otherwise standard rooms are quite average. The pool is upstairs & a nice amenity year round. VIP perks were nice for free valet and a breakfast comp. Overall decent stay. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly but more unenthused if anything. Cleanliness was fair, but I think more of my opinion is based on furnishings feeling slightly a dated choice despite new (at least with the upholstery) in the event you’re particularly looking for a boutique style experience. This is a great spot if staying for Rogers Area events too.
