Good service and great attitude from all the staff. Location is right in the middle of Downtown and right next to a Skytrain station. The room is just like in the photographs and the bed is so, so comfortable

Good central location, close proximity to everything. Good sized room although charging for water not acceptable. Checkin a little disappointing. Notification of our room being ready did not happen. Concierge team were great.

This was a fantastic stay! The mattress was absolutely the most comfortable. Its in walking distance of Gastown and so many other restaurants and shops. The hotel has a free bus pick up that takes you to the Capilano Bridge. The hotel also has a Starbucks in their lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the room was good. Small things like only one sink, wet spot in the room, some spots in carpet. It had a nice view. The staff was really helpful. Our cleaning person, Stephanie, was very sweet and accommodating. It was walkable distance to water and markets. I’d book another room here if I came back. We didn’t get hooked up to tv streaming. It was annoying.

Excellent hotel with large room and great bed. Hotel is located close to Canada Place and within easy walking distance to shopping and dining areas. Courtesy bus to Capilano Suspension Bridge stops at the door, and courtesy bus to Grouse Mountain leaves from Canada Place so great for visitors.
