If I could have, I would have given it a 4.5 star. It doesn’t get 5 because it’s not a high end hotel, but my stay was pleasant and convenient. All the staff were really helpful. The facilities were very convenient. I enjoyed free hot beverages in the lobby, sitting area with TV and tables, not just couches. The swimming pool is teeny and the whirl/hot pool was not very hot, but it met my needs. There’s only one elevator which was annoying as there were many guests that were using it, but you can’t really do much about that. Overall, it was clean, friendly staff, convenient and I would stay here again.

The staff checking in were great. My mother, my son and I showed up with a 2week old baby and the lady at the front desk helped us up to our room and was very kind a friendly. Checking out the staff were friendly and polite. The hotel and the rooms are old, run down looking and out dated.

What I love about this location is that once you are parked, there are lots of amenities within an easy walk. For Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and other food, it is at the end of the driveway. Other restaurants and a Walmart only 400m away.
