What i didnt like was i expected a patio or outdoor balcony as noted in details of room selection. What we got basically was a large window that opened. And the details of where to park for hotel and how to get to hotel were very pourly marked. There was one small sign of opposite end of Lonsdale quay, we ended up having to ask.i expected more.

Lovely stay but parking was ridiculos. We paid for two days but had to return the rental car. We picked up our car which had a different plate thought we could get our parking honored. Parking staff informed us that we had to repay because it was a different car. We will be disputing the additional charge. Other than that the Lonsdale Quay staff as well as the hotel were Amazing!

I like the fact that pets are tolerated. It would have been nice to have had an area designated for pets to relieve themselves. This isn't a complaint just a "I wish". We worked it out!

The only area that held me back from giving you the highest rating was the parking garage area. It needs some renovation, and one of the two payment kiosks wasn't working/would not accept payment when we arrived.

Can Do Better
Decided to return after a lovely stay last spring. Now thinking that must have been a one-off. This time, the service was lacking (way understaffed and visibly overworked), the dining room only had a limited breakfast menu (no notice on 3rd party websites that the restaurant hours were restricted, nor that there was noisy active construction going on most of the day), and my room was not as clean as it should be (my white socks were black on the bottoms after just one day). I understand it is off season and that things will not be as lively as it might be in better weather, but this felt somewhat punishing. Front desk staff was very accommodating, though.
