Had a reaaly nice and comfortable stay. This place has lot of dining options within the building and nearby. Stepscaway from Seabus terminal to travel to downtown Vancouver.

Great view, but they seem to forget to double check the room condition before giving it out. Comfy bed, but old furniture. Old bathroom that reminds the 90's. Definitely not a 4-star and not an executive level room. You get what you pay for, especially when it was much cheaper than all other hotels in the area. If one's busy or staying for a night, this one could work. But I would probably not recommend this hotel to a guest of mine. There is a risk that they leave a used soap in the bathroom that had hair on it... But the manager at the front knew to apologize and I know that I didn't complain which did not give them a chance to fix the situation. Which is sufficiently a reason to never recommend this hotel to an important guest, can't risk it.

The hallways were filthy. There were four of us in the room. I emailed and talked to two staff members requesting four towels and glasses. Never received. Our daughters pick up was broken into in the underground hotel parking. $300 deductible for insurance not offered. On the other hand the front desk staff were awesome by all accounts. Parking for our pick up was 3 city blocks away as we have a bigger truck and had to move it by 6:00 in the morning. Needless to say we left.

Great stay right above the market in North Vancouver. Only downside was bathroom was missing a shower curtain and we weren’t brought one. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

The Quay is perfectly located for a walkable Vancouver stay. Close to great variety of restaurant up Lonsdale, any shop or entertainment you could need, the best part of any stay here is the wonderful staff.

The hotel is placed directly on top of a food court with exceptional options and eclectic shops. It is but a 4-5 minute walk to the shipyards and less to walk to the seabus. The room was exceptionally clean, but it is not new or in any way exciting. However, its cleanliness is a standout. The staff at check in were very helpful and kind. Parking is located in public paid parking under the hotel. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

We went there for thanks giving long weekend. We received noise complaints as our 1 year old wanted us to carry him all the time which was hard. It was very convenient go explore around as there were lots of dining options in the mall down stairs. When we went there there was Christmas market and ice skating options as well. As my little one was bit noisy I took him down stairs in the shopping mall where there was play area for little ones. The parking was bit expensive and hard to come in as there was only one way to come in. The rooms were ok size but we got the harbor view that was nice.
