Book the suite!

We were in a one bedroom suite that was almost an entire floor. It was across the street which was weird but worth it. Staff were super friendly and the room was beautiful. It was so comfortable and the pictures do not do the room justice. The area has lots to do. The restaurant has a great breakfast that cost extra but food was perfect.

I got my room for one night. They photos were not accurate. They did provide everything that hotels usual provide- minus a fridge and a bathroom robe. The room was small so they did their best to fit in as many of the normal accommodations. For the hotel, i paid almost $500. It was for the night of a popular concert so i was expecting inflated prices. I dont feel that my room was a acceptable price once i saw it. The room was dark and the ceiling had a visible pipe running across room. My view was also of a dirty roof of the building next store and an alleyway. The staff is nice and quick with their service. I wouldnt pay more then $200 to stay a night here tho.

The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, and checking out was quick and easy. It was the perfect location to everything thing I wanted to see especially the show at the The Orpheum Theatre. Thank you Moda Hotel.

Ok for a one-night stay. Pricing is outrageous but that's downtown Vancouver for you. Surprisingly quiet that night. Room is old and no ventilation other than the windows, hence all the mildew. Decor is nice and the bed was comfortable.
