This hotel is a little worn but it has a great location and a great price. We felt safe and the staff was always helpful. I will be staying there again.

Despite being downtown, the room was very quiet at night for sleeping. Walkable to venues, bars, and restaurants. Staff were great. Temperature controls in the room were very hard to use (old). Bed was very odd--very uncomfortable sheets (stiff polyester) and a top sheet was used as a bottom sheet so the bed was a mess very quickly as nothing was tucked in properly with the bottom sheet.

The Moda Hotel is as advertised. The room was clean the staff were efficient and friendly. Check in was seamless. The wine bar and sports bar attached to the Moda Hotel was convenient and we spent our evening at both. Very good location walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. The safe and fridge in room was utilised as well. Would stay here again in Seymour street.

The hotel was close to cruise port for our embarkment. We also walked to Granville Island from the hotel. Good location, but not best area, but felt safe. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Recommend for the price.

Unbelievable location for seeing a show at the Orpheum Theatre. Hotel is older, but has a neat charm to it. No complaints.

Hotel definitely has a weird stale / musty smell, both in the lobby and inside the room. Fixtures and furniture are a little weird and dated, but room was very clean (found a small blood stain on a pillow case and they took if very seriously). Bed was very comfortable, AC was noisy, room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. I'd stay here again, but the hotel seems extremely overpriced for the quality of the property (you are literally paying for the location)

Great boutique hotel downtown

Hotel reminds me of boutique hotels in NYC. It's in the middle of the arts district. I ate breakfast in the cafe. Best caramel latte I've had in a long time. Staff were kind and courteous. Cab ride to cruise port was lest than $10. I would definitely stay here again.
