I really enjoyed my stay here! The rooms were very cute. The location was PERFECT, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It's an old building to be sure, but very well maintained. I found it quiet and comfortable and would 100% stay here again. Only issue I had was fighting with the fridge not to freeze everything! Had to be careful where I played items. I look forward to staying here again!

The rooms are clean and fairly quiet. We were comfortable. I couldn't believe how close we were to all the action of Granville. We even went for a great walk and ended up skating at Robson Square. Our breakfast at Uva was great. The service was very nice.

Great location especially if you’re going to see something at the Orpheum or the Commodore. Very reasonable rates. Friendly staff was helpful. You pay extra for parking but it’s close by, and secure. Room was clean and perfect for what we needed. It’s not a luxury hotel but has heritage building charm. Would stay again.

My stay was a nightmare. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the cleanliness was terrible. The condition of the room did not match the photos at all, which felt very misleading. I will not be returning.

Staff were great. Room had a noisy fridge. Also the coffee maker didn’t work. The sheets had an interesting texture, a plastic feel…. Blanket slipped off the bed and it was between the sheets and bedspread.
