Hotel and staff were good, breakfast was good but not much variety and everyday same . Quality was good. Lower ground rooms are very much exposed and sometimes noisy at might. Overall I was satisfied.

The rooms are very old and was not cleaned as if the bedsheet that were changed a month ago for one bed as too much dust was there. The staff is friendly. The good thing is very convenient location to commute from downtown Vancouver and nearby places as well

Excellent location for exploring Vancouver & the North Shore. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk. Staff & breakfast service were great. Good value & will definitely stay here again.

This property is excellent value, and kept spotlessly clean. Clean linens, new carpeting, a bit dated but comfortable. Very few dining options nearby, but no biggie. I would stay again. Choose a 2nd floor (there are outdoor stairs, no elevator) - the floors are wooden and a bit squeaky in places.

Everything was clean and I felt safe. I used Uber most of the visit but I took the bus to the train to get to the airport. Best way to enjoy the sights.

When is a hotel not a hotel? ans: When it’s a motel. This property claims to be a hotel and it is not. And the fact is it is not even the best motel in the area. They use “hotel” to trick unsuspecting travellers. Buyer beware- breakfast sucks too.
