Excellent stay/location in Yaletown with close access to transit and restaurants. Great spacious and comfortable room/bed. Courteous and professional staff. Elevator access/availability like no where else! (No waiting) Breakfast was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

Cool neighborhood but a few annoyances

Room was VERY small. No where to open suitcases except bed or doorway. Valet parking not used since we didn’t have a car. Their website mentioned parking or breakfast but they said we didn’t qualify thru hotels.com. Thank goodness we had a sound machine because the night noise outside was very loud.

Absolutely loved our stay at the OPUS hotel! My partner and I were travelling to Vancouver for vacation and had a 10/10 experience. The main things that stood out to us were the cleanliness of the rooms, the walkability, the service, and the staff. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and eager to help. My personal favourite part was the aroma in the lobby!! The main thing I was concerned about before booking our trip was the safety of the neighbourhood we stay in, and Yaletown was fantastic, even at night. Restaurants, patios, bars, and the water are just steps away. The city is super walkable, bikes & scooters are available, Kitsilano is a short uber ride away. At the end of the trip we agreed that we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else next time - thank you for the great experience!
