The hotel is nice, very well-located, and accessible. The room was really clean and comfy. The only downside is offering only valet parking for $59 CAD per night which is quite steep and feels like they are taking advantage of the customer.

Really enjoyed my stay at Opus. I always say that the little details and effort set customer service apart and a great example of that is that when I got my car back from the valet after the first night of my stay, they had plugged it in over night so I was back up to well over 400kms in available range. Lots of hotels don’t even have ev stations and these guys certainly don’t have to go to that effort, but knowing they did really impressed me.

So perfect!!! Right in front of the train station and 3 minutes walk from the waterfront! The staff is incredibly nice, the food very good. The free location of the electric bikes is so perfect to go around Stanley Park. I could not ask for better place to be!

Location is absolutely fabulous. Great for walking to restaurants and easy access to Canada Line. Hotel staff are super helpful and friendly. It was a bit pricey because we stayed during cruise season but we enjoyed every minute.

The Hotel was very nice and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful if I’m ever in Canada i would definitely come back. This hotel was close to many restaurants and close to the river.

Opus Hotel is in a great location - close to the aqua bus and the seawall. The free electric bikes are a fantastic amenity. We also got a significant daily food credit and the breakfasts were tasty. Each staff person was friendly and solicitious. A great place to stay!
