I had different rooms in 2 nights i was there because their air conditioning doesn’t seem to work. They put me in a suite the 2nd night and it still the same problem. I think they need to look at the whole air conditioning system.

Apart from some stuff ups with payment at reception, it was a good stay. Charged rather than refunded. Beds were very comfy, Tv hard to figure out. Lady in coffee shop very kind. Coffee and muffin real great value for Brekky. Restaurant good but a bit $$

Shuttle service to airport was efficient, on time as advertised. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, but parts of hotel appeared to be closed and unkempt. Elevator service was unreliable during our stay, which was very frustrating when trying to check out in the morning. Staff were helpful, courteous, professional. Restaurant food was good but way overpriced. $24 for a hamburger/fries is ridiculous!! A modest meal for 4: 3 hamburgers and a soup, with no beverages was $114 with tip. Not even breakfast included with the expensive room. This hotel definitely caters to those with an expense account, not the average family.

The location is highly convenient, situated just 4 minutes from the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service, and for our early flight at 5 AM, they provided complimentary taxi transportation. Additionally, the bed was exceptionally comfortable and the cleanliness of the room was commendable.

Location was very convenient, next to airport and with their free shuttle service. Felt a bit of a stretch for 4star hotel in terms of amenities, condition, and even cleanliness. Hotel staffs were all friendly, and the gift shop inside the hotel was really convenient. Booked this one last minute due to a flight cancellation and pet-friendly accommodation, not sure if I would stay again to be honest.

The rooms are comfortable, nice pillows and sheets. Great location if you need to stay close to Vancouver Airport. The hotel is close to Food Street in Richmond, where you have unlimited options for Asian cuisine. My only constructive criticism is, the hotel restaurant was understaffed during breakfast. So the service was sub par, and it took over 30min for our food to arrive. But that's not the staffs fault, that's management. So there's definitely room for improvement in the restaurant department. Otherwise, we had a great stay.
