I booked a reservation for this hotel without doing any research prior to traveling to Vancouver and it turned out to be a good choice. The location wasn’t far at all from the airport. There was a shuttle provided to pick us up and drop us off. The hotel was about maybe 20-30 minutes away from downtown Vancouver by car and about 30-40 minutes by train. I highly suggest booking a room there.

Lovely airport hotel
I had a very enjoyable time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful every time we needed something. The hotel was in great condition having been renovated recently. I loved the bed, it was super comfortable. Airport transfer was great.

A very nice hotel, friendly staff, beautiful property. The issues with restaurants was inconvenient, but that's a temporary situation. The staff had options available and were quite eager to help.

After I booked I was alerted that there was a strike in progress and no amenities were available. No restaurant, no bar. It would have been nice to know before booking that this was the case. Way too overpriced, given the situation.

This property was experiencing a labour disruption when I stayed. Not an easy circumstance for those left working, to deal with. I cannot say enough about the front desk staff, one individual in particular. I won’t name just in case he isn’t comfortable. As good a service as I have ever had at any hotel desk; anywhere.
