The property is gorgeous. The location is amazing just one train away from BC place where we watched a concert. I love our room with a view. The front desk is super nice and friendly and was able to check us in 1 hour early. Maybe my only form of complain is my room had an old kind of smell but other than i highly recommend the this hotel.

Convenient but pricey

This stay was convenient for the cruise we were taking, but the prices also reflected that is what you were paying for. Restaurant and room service prices were high, but when you arrive early evening and don’t want to walk around to find someplace cheaper to eat, that is what you have to pay. The layout in the bedroom was odd, probably done for the view, but there was very little maneuvering room between a column by the wall and the corner of the bed frame so you usually bump your leg. The staff were all friendly and it was easy to enter the cruise terminal from the hotel.

Great location and views. Property is showing signs of age - felt like an 80's cruise ship in the lobby area. 2 of the elevators were not working - took 5+ minutes to get an elevator and stopped on every floor. guests were frustrated with the long waits. Restaurant buffet was very good

Location was perfect. Waking up seeing the water and the mountains! The people that took us on day trips, picked us up at the hotel. Food options were great. Everything about that place was perfect.

Great location and very quiet. However, we were staying 3 nights, leaving at 7 am and returning by 7:30 pm (at the hospital everyday) and when we would return, the room hadn’t even been entered to take out garbage, add toilet paper, pick up towels in the bathtub etc. very disappointing. Three nights and no service!
