Great location. Good jumping off for what you need to do in Vancouver. I've stayed at the Pan in Whistler many times and first time here, very nice, and view is spectacular. Nice restaurants and shopping in Gastown and very close. Only downside was Wi-fi a little iffy.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. There has been a record rainfall so unfortunately we couldn’t do any of the outdoor things planned around Vancouver but we were so glad we stayed at the Pan Pacific. We got a room upgrade with our booking and then a second room upgrade after they put us in a room directly outside the pool which lacked privacy. We ended up in a deluxe room on the 20th floor with harbour views. Outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing despite the rain and we had a delicious dinner at the Coal Harbour Bar with friendly waitstaff and live music on the grand piano. We travelled with our 2 year old and 4 year old and the hotel was great for them. Parking was easy, it was right below the hotel with elevator access but only downside was that it was expensive at $55 dollars per day (expected in this area of the city) but the hotel didn’t provide any rebate for this. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!
It was EXCELLENT from beginning to end! The staff was very accommodating with my friend's needing a bench for the shower (he even put a pole up for her to hold on to for her safety getting in and out of the shower) Loved It, was telling my husband that when we visit Vancouver again, Pan Pacific is where we're staying!!!!
