We spent 1 night prior to a cruise which left from the port which the hotel is part of. The convenience was great. The hotel and room were clean and inviting. The staff were all professional. There are nearby shops and restaurants. We walked to a tavern next store and enjoyed a drink and appetizer. The area was quiet and we felt safe.

Hotel is lovely and in a prime location for cruisers. There were problems with broken elevators and escalators that persisted for our three day stay. That was a real bummer. Dawn, our bar waitress was a princess. Gift shop should have a few frequently forgotten travel needs such as toothpaste or razors. This trip the price was competitive with more cruise distant hotels so we got to enjoy this beautiful place!

Clean rooms, excellent bar, convenient to the cruise ship, quiet, but the slowness of the check in at the front desk. They only had 2 people serving us and 25 plus in the lineup.

Our shower handle broke at high heat and full power, we were unable to shut off the water. At 8pm trying to get our kids showered. Maintenance came and took over an hour to get the handle replaced and the water finally able to turn off. Explaining to the manager the next day, no monetary discount was offered, we were told “at least we fixed it.” Finally got a breakfast charge taken off our account. Elevators were terrible, one out of service. Not a great stay at all.

This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The view from the room was absolutely unforgettable — something I’ll remember for a lifetime. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again every time I visit Vancouver. The fine dining restaurant inside the hotel was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

We loved staying here, the convenience, service, location and amazing views are definitely worth it! For all taking a cruise, we would highly recommended staying here. Bell hops transport your luggage from your room to the ship and its just a walk down ground level floor to get to your entry points. Convenience 100%
