Who doesnt love a pod/capsule hotel? But this is twice the price that it should be. For this price, you can get a pod hotel in NYC with individual shower rooms, individual toilet rooms (not stalls) and an actual “room” where you can stand like a dignified person and put on your underwear. Typical Vancouver. 2 star quality for 5 star pricing. Because… Vancouver.

For $100+ per night, I wouldnt stay again. Inteied it to experience the sleeper pod model but the price point needs to be lower in my opinion.

dorm hostel, not hotel

This is a hostel not a hotel. It was really smelly and bathrooms dirty. It is a dorm of 50 people in one room, not a pod but bunk beds blocked by a curtain. It was noisy as people are travelling to airport so all you hear all night is alarm clocks, and slamming of doors. Do not advertise this as a pod hotel because a pod hotel is a enclosed unit.

Great staff. Clean well cared for. Seedy environment with garbage bins fro restaurant but tolerable. Neat outside decorations with synthetic shrubbery.

It is very convenient for my purpose of one night stay, believe i will book lower bunk if and when i use them again. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Hotel was what i expected.

The pre cancellation petiod was something like 72 hours. This is unusual so I didn’t notice it. I tried to cancel 2 days in advance. Too late. Then I went to some trouble to inform the hotel so they could at least use the room pod for someone else, but even though I didn’t show I get these relentless emails asking for a review. So here it us.
