Amazing Service and Accommodations

It was only for one night. The level of service was phenomenal. Andrew the concierge was great at helping us to narrow down what we should do while in Vancouver. We received a room upgrade as well as a bottle of wine because of our status. The bed and linens were excellent. Want to come back for another stay when we can devote more time to exploring!

Less than 10 minute walk from central station (YVR Airport Train), and the photos show that it's a luxurious hotel. Many food options within 3-10 minute walk. Oddly, the lobby is in the back alley ... so if you walk in through the Georgia Street entrance, you'll find yourself in the hotel's lounge with a DJ spinning :)

Great location, close to restaurants& shopping. Hotel staff very friendly & Karma lounge provided good breakfast. Foosball & snooker table in the lobby provided great fun for our family. Love to stay here when we are in town next time
