Super attentive staff and the property is excellent, clean and so comfortable. There is a complimentary pool table on site and a wonderful hot tub overlooking the city. Wish it were open past 7 PM but that's a small thing. :)

The staff here was so great, Everyone was so friendly. And anything we asked for, from coffee pods to ice to luggage assistance was met within minutes. The pool and hottub were clean and empty, we had the place to ourselves. I do wish the pool was open past 7 pm but I understand the upstairs resident's would want their own time, we had a nice early afternoon swim. The decor is beautiful and the staff in the restaurant was top notch. Completely quiet room, we really felt like everyone was going out of the way to make our stay perfect. The sock monster stuffie on the bed for purchase was totally entrapment, of course I'm not leaving without buying this cutie hahaha. Overall great location, you can walk to all the best restaurants on Robson or down to the seafront.

My wife and I came and stayed for 2 nights. Hotel staff was able to get us a very early check in. Hotel is very clean and well kept by staff. Room was modern and beautiful, very impressed with cleaning staff. In room dining was amazing and Xylia spa was also a great experience for our trip. Pool is also very unique and hot tub is open early and provides a great relaxing experience. Overall I don’t have one negative thing to say about our stay. Every member of the staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to come back and visit!
