Very professional friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Room had incredible views over the harbor to Vancouver. Lots of options to dine nearby but we had delicious dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We were given a room upgrade which was just fantastic. Ferry to central Vancouver was just a few minutes walk away. The district the hotel was in lots to offer views, walks shops. Brilliant stay.

The stay was good except for the guys at reception. They charged me almost 150$ for 3 days parking for one vehicle it was supposed to be free i payed 500 a night but that wasn't enough for them. The food was great along with the female servers outstanding primerib breakfast skillet

Comfortable room with a fantastic view of the city. Useful fridge and tea/coffee maker - no kettle. Large comfortable bed. The only criticism would be the noise from outside. Better sound proofing of the window/balcony would help with sleeping as there is city noise, planes and ships 24 hours a day.

The property itself is great and in a great location up dining and Seabus. The cleaning staff are excellent. However, the front desk / check-in staff need further training on how to be personable. I stayed for two nights and with the change over of staff, I would say one out of five actually greeted guests with a smile. Not ideal way to set the tone for someone’s stay.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location located close to the North Shore Water Bus terminal! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and communicative and always willing to answer any questions we had. The food at the hotel was also excellent!
