Beautiful, clean and large rooms. We were upgraded to harbour views, Front desk staff could not have been nicer, and parking (for a fee) at the property is a real plus. we used the pool but the hot tub was closed for maintenance. Pool is good size and water was not too hot or too cold.

I recently stayed at Pinnacle Hotel and, unfortunately, had a few disappointing experiences. One major issue was the loud plumbing noise in the early mornings—every time someone used the shower or bathroom; it was clearly audible and disrupted our sleep. Additionally, as VIP Gold members, we had requested a room upgrade but did not receive one. This was disappointing. While the hotel had its positives, these issues left us feeling underwhelmed and less valued as guests. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve future stays for loyal members like us.

You get what you pay for. It is reasonably priced, but don’t expect a particularly nice hotel. The rooms are ok, but the rest of the building is pretty bad.

We discovered a live electrial wire floating underwater in the hotel's indoor salt water pool. There were 5 young children swimming in the pool at the time. Once alerted the hotel turned off the power but no employee or manager from the hotel came to the pool to investigate or calm the shaken children and guests. This is my lasting memory of the Pinnacle Hotels. We will never stay there again.

Clean rooms with a beautiful view of coal harbour. Nice gym and pool. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years with my family and it’s always our go to stay in Vancouver.
