Our room at Quality Hotel South was very clean and comfortable. We were able to book 2 queen beds which we like. The only thing that was curious was not being able to reach the desk by phone. A guest in another room mentioned the same thing. I tried while my husband went down to the desk. Not busy.

Only stayed a few hours because we had to catch an early ferry. Hated to leave as the bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have slept in for quite some time! Front desk attendant was very friendly

Affordable option close to airport with shuttle.
Hotel under renovation in the lobby currently however will be extremely nice when complete. It's a very nice affordable hotel close to the airport with free airport shuttle service during flight hours.

Rooms are big and airy. Breakfast area is good but still not able to accommodate the crowd. Easy to get to with frequent airport shuttle. Walkable to lots of eateries and shopping.

The shuttle service took over an hour to arrive at the airport. It required several calls to hotel and continued waiting. We arrived at hotel at 2:18 our original EDT. Reception stated they were in process of canceling contract.

This hotel is very good for it's category... clean airport area accommodation. The check-in, breakfast and frequent shuttle service are all efficiently managed. The area is convenient to dining and other stores. In September 2024 the hotel lobby was undergoing renovation but this did not affect our stay in any way.

Absolutely dreadful. Would never go back. We were put in a ground floor room and immediately it stank of cigarette smoke which she night manager blamed on a diesel generator in the area?? The rooks was clearly not deep cleaned in a long time. One spider called a desk lamp home. The worst part -all night long people were talking right outside our room. In the morning we found out that right outside the window to our room is the hotels smoking area. Oodles of cigarette butts littering the ground. No sleep to be had.

The interior is old and tired. We found the beds too soft and the pillows lumpy. Whatever cleaner is used on the carpet and bathrooms floors leaves them slightly tacky with each step. Overpriced for what you get.
