I tried two rooms and both had smoke smell upon entering and throughout the night. Hall smelled like pot smoke. I thought it was a non-smoking property or at least some rooms. Poor hotel but it was one of the cheapest so I guess you get what you pay for

I booked this hotel for an airport layover as many do, just needed a good sleep. I wouldn't stay again. The soundproofing is very poor, audible neighbours at talking level, echoes from guests in the lobby (ground floor room). I was swayed by 'free airport shuttle' which was easily arranged by calling the hotel after picking up my baggage. In the morning it departs every hour which infringed on sleep so I paid $17cdn for an Uber.

Our hotel room had a stale smell. Our room wasn’t cleaned the following day despite requesting it and receiving assurance from the front desk. Was way too over priced for the experience received

good price, clean room. However, it just has transparent curtain, less privacy. Also, I tried to change A 5 dollar bill into 5 one dollar bills, but I ended with 5 Canadian dollar coins. :-）

Our stay was perfect and made everything convenient for us. Staff were very helpful with our baggages. Shuttle service was on time. Hotel was walking distance to mall and train station. In my opinion, you get what you paid for with this hotel.
