Our stay was wonderful! They upgraded our room from a King bed to a King suite, it was very lovely. My husband and loved the pillows that were on the bed and the bed was very comfortable.

Very old and needs an update. The one elevator was out of service. Very convenient location. Our flight was cancelled and we needed a quick overnight stay. They also provided a shuttle. The room was clean and amenities were good.

Pros: Great location. Very walkable to one of the best grocery stores in the area and shopping malls. Next to major public transit. Con’s: one of two primary elevators was out of service, so wait times more than doubled. Parking wasn’t always available, even though it was $25/night. We were comp’d two of four nights due to unavailable parking, but still quite a hassle since it requires circling through the five level parking deck to figure out there’s no parking available
