The hotel is nice but it is on the take-off and landing route of the Vancouver airport. You will hear every flight flying in or out of the Vancouver airport. I wondered why the noise from the plane was so loud, then I happened to see a plane flying over the hotel. The plane is flying so low and looks huge. It was quite spectacular to observe a large commercial plane flying right above you. The flight noise will be audible until 2AM in the morning (because the flights kept me awake until 2AM).

Good: Great location, within walkable distance to shopping centers and Sky train station. Noon checkout. Okay: Rooms and common areas are clean, no complaints. Good amenities Not good: The property is showing its age. The elevator doors don't close properly and make banging sounds when the elevator car moves. The showerhead has limited settings. It could use tech upgrades like smart lighting and smart entertainment. The room could get a bit noisy due to the proximity to the airport.
