Upon arrival, the clerk was unresponsive. The outside was awful with rat traps all over. The cement walks were broken and tge walkways were stained. The entry doors & mats were disgusting. When we opened our room, the room was old & outdated. The bedding was clean but uncomfirtable, pillows were lumpy. There was just a thin mattress cover on the bed. The A/C unit was black with dirt, I had to take a cloth and clean it. The bathroom was cleaned but tgere was mold at top of ceiling of shower. The paint on walls was peeling off and behind the toilet, there was dirt on walls. The walls & baseboards were filthy as well. Then we saw potato chip crumbs hidden under bedskirt. Wouldn't recomend this hitel to anyone. There was 2 rat traps placed in frontbof the attached restaurant as well. The only thing zi was grateful for was I did not get eaten by bed bugs.

Really large, two bedroom reservation. Just really dated. And by dated I mean old, and old I mean not clean. Shame as the property itself was huge and had full kitchen.

Accessible Room wasn’t Accessible At All

When booking we requested a wheelchair accessible room as my husband is a paraplegic and unable to weight bare. When we checked in I double checked that it was an accessible room and was told “yes your room is wheelchair accessible “ However upon entering room we noticed that the bathroom was not. The door was not wide enough for a wheelchair to fit though, the sink didn’t allow him to roll close enough to use probably. The toilet was too short and too close to the wall with only one small grab bar. When I went back to front desk and mentioned the bathroom wasn’t accessible I was told “ that’s the room that is wheelchair accessible “ so unfortunately we had to figure out what to do on our own. Very disappointing!!!!

We stayed in room 268 there were an infestation of ants around the fridge on the floor and when we notified the staff they didn't want to give our refund back and than moved us to another room which also had ants we were didn't sleep on the bed worried if there was bed bugs because of the ant problem im so disgusted in the rooms and rude staff i will be making a formal complaint to the head of ramada

Wifi and TV in our room were not working well and despite raising the issue it wasn't addressed. The pool deck had used bandaids that were not picked up over multiple days. We had to request house keeping to make our beds and empty garbage after a few nights.
