Great location, price, amenities. Parking too far.
The room was clean, comfortable and staff was very friendly. Several restaurants on site, pool, casino and the sky train is right there with a mall one stop away. The price was great for the quality of hotel. My only complaint is that the parking is about a 7-10 min walk because we were staying in the standard room building which is across the street from the casino building. I would recommend and would stay again.

The hotel was unable to bring a bottle of wine or a drink to my room after 10 pm. That’s ridiculous considering they’re serving food and beverage in the casino. Either be a casino hotel and provide the services or quit pretending.

We were 2 persons in a lovely room with the skytrain outside our window. Too noisy for me. Also only 2 coffee pods with espresso machine that made approx 1/2 cup of coffee! I’m a 2 cup morning coffee person so that was worse than skytrain noise. C’est la vie. If I stay again at that hotel I’d request a different room and 2 coffee pod per person for morning coffee. Very nice gentleman on reception named Elvis from Peru!

Everything was excellent except for the first contact checking in I was told where the parking was which was quite a distance. I asked if they had anything closer as I’m disabled. He said no. It took me almost half an hour to walk to the west wing once there I asked another person if there was anything closer and she said yes and it was approximately 20 yards away. Much easier.

Staff are really great, very friendly and the room is very comfortable. The tub is phenomenal. My only issue is that the phone is dead in the room and when I tried to call the front desk for first aid supplies, I couldn't reach anyone. Not by room phone or my own cell, as it just keeps looping in a transfer/voicemail recording. I called multiple times. This seems dangerous. What if there was an emergency?
