My son and I love the apartment sized room with great panoramic views of downtown towers, mountains and ocean in the fun west end of Vancouver! Every room is a corner unit with lots of bright windows and balcony. Very nice and comfortable for multiple guests.

The location of this hotel is very convenient the room is very spacious but the unit door wont lock from inside. Also the front desk was phoning us at 9 am that disturbed our sleep for me this is unacceptable they should have a clock in the room. Again they called again at 11 to remind us it is time to leave for me this is very annoying i have never been in a hotel that callling the costumer about the time of leaving otherwise i enjoyed the ambience.

I was checked in by an intern who appeared friendly to the guests ahead of me but seemed less pleasant when it was my turn. I'm not sure why there was a change in attitude, but it made me feel uncomfortable. As for the room, I was disappointed by its size and quality, which did not meet my expectations. During my first night, I encountered multiple bugs in the room and killed at least four. When I informed the front desk, I felt like my concerns were dismissed. Although I had booked for two nights, I wanted to check out after the first night due to my dissatisfaction, but I was told this wasn’t possible without the property manager present. Because of my poor experience, I decided to cut my trip short and booked a flight home the next day. Overall, I was very disappointed with the service and the quality of my stay. As for their reviews, it seems that guests who leave negative feedback may be offered snacks or other incentives to improve or remove their reviews. While I can't say this is always the case, it’s something I observed during my stay.

Divya Sutra Suites is a bit on the old side in terms of decor and finishes, but has such nice and accommodating staff and a great location close to many shops and restaurants. It’s also very budget friendly! I’d seriously consider coming back if I’m ever in the area again.

I loved how much space this unit had for the price! And lots of windows to let lots of daylight in! Plus a little balcony! Location was great, being right downtown Vancouver. It could have been a little cleaner but not bad. We stayed during a warm spell so needed AC but it was a little window unit and was soooo loud. Definitely need to upgrade the AC for such a large suite.

Location is Not far from cruise port or Stanley Park. Plenty of space for 4 adults in a 2 queenbed suite. Management informed us that they are refurbishing and upgrading the hotel. So very friendly.

BUYER BEWARE! Very dirty and false advertised rooms. When I arrived in my room I opened the balcony door and a cockroach scurried out. Rooms were masked with febreeze. Long story short I left with no refund and booked elsewhere as I did not have it in me to sleep there.
