We loved staying here. Very functional for a couple or family with the separate bedroom and living area. Very clean and quiet. Would stay there again!

Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Location was great. Walked to the Yaletown dock and took the Aquabus to Granville. Could use the option to stream or at least movies to rent. TV options were bad. Also could use plugs on the light between the beds so you can charge phones there.

This location was very central to everything. It was very walkable to everything and if not, it was close to transportation options. The staff were wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and were nice and quiet.

This hotel wasn't unexpected treat for our family. Traveling with two young kids, the treasure chest at check-in was a real treat. We were upgraded from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. It was great to have the additional room with two twin beds, so I'd highly recommend it if you're traveling with kids. The kitchen was small but perfect for traveling with a family. We didn't cook but we kept our veggies and fruit cold in the fridge and microwaved leftovers from dinner. It was perfect for our needs with things easily accessible by walk or a quick taxi to anywhere downtown. The pool and hot tub were good, although the hot tub was a little hot and the pool was a little cold. Will definitely be back.

Great location and convenient parking

This hotel was in an excellent location, walkable to so many great restaurants, cafés, sites and shopping. The one bedroom suite with 2 double beds in room + a pull-out couch in other room was perfect for our family with young adult children. Lovelarte café, under 5 minute walk from hotel lobby, was divine. The check-in was seamless. The parking was convenient and just under $30- which is a good deal for downtown Van (Note - they recommended we not leave anything in the vehicle, so we brought our ski bags to our room.) hot tub pool area was a bonus, but that area wasn’t as clean as it was probably not as clean as usually is due to a busy weekend. Fun view we had of the downtown ski line from our bedroom! All in all - I’d stay here again!

Not worthy of the 9 star rating it has. I give it.

Attempt to update missed the mark. The bed was not comfortable, could feel the springs. The sofa bed was dirty with old bedding on it. The concierge was snarky and obtuse. You could hear the people above you and the noise from the street. We were in the 5th floor, so that was annoying. Not happy as I was expecting better given the high rating. I do not recommend staying here.
