The location is really nice and the people who were there are very friendly. I really liked the layout of the room and they have everything you need in the kitchen, including dishwashing soap and sponge, although I wish they provided some paper towels. They also had Keurig coffee which was convenient. The only negative is that it's super dated. The couches sunk in so much it was very uncomfortable to sit on them and the carpet felt not so fresh. The bed was a bit too soft, but the pillows were nice. The TVs were very old and didn't have many channel options

Honestly wouldn't stay here again. Shower did not drain despite calling several times... no hot water in the morning. Super loud old refrigerator that sounds like it's running on a diesel engine. Elevator wait times were super high.. often waiting 5-7mins from the 20th floor.

I stayed at King-size bed room and it had prenty of space! It even had a kitchen and microwave, I thought I could live there. The neighborhood is better than Gastown’s environment. I felt very safe. There was a Michelin 2 star Moroccan restaurant near it and I loved it. If I was to stay in Canada Vancouver, it would definitely be this hotel I’ll be staying in.

Rosedale on Robson

Like Rosedale on Robson, nice and clean but heating wasn’t working properly and maintenance came up and tested it and it worked for a short time then it stopped working again. It seemed to stop working thru the night. Even putting an extra blanket on the bed didn’t help. Won’t stop us from going back
