Hotel was walking distance to everything so very happy about that , not satisfied with breakfast offered it was 22$ per person and it was only cold food available danish, fruit, cereal etc…. We got our money back and found a nice restaurant that served full hot breakfast for half the price so for such a nice a hotel this was disappointing

for the visit was awesome. only we had problem with the washroom, the toilet is clogged, we couldn't find out earlier due we were so tired and realized it in the next morning when we want to use it. Reported to Ms Jean, the front desk when we checked out, she was very helpful and told us will inform maintenance department to fix it

Great suite hotel in Yaletown area. Close to many restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, shopping etc. Very polite & helpful staff. Lovely garden area. Overally, a terrific stay@

Very nice. We had a king suite. Súper comfortable bed. Everything was great. Happy helpful staff. Fantastic location; every kind of food a block away including a nice grocery. I would stay there every time in Vancouver.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the excellent service they provided to us, from housekeeping to the front desk. We asked for a room on a higher floor due to the traffic noise we heard initially on the lower floor, which was accommodated. The location is great, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. On our checkout date, one of the elevators wasn't working, which caused us a really long delay to move our luggage to the parking lot. It was frustrating. It was a good thing we weren't catching a flight. Also, there could be more kitchen plates and bowls. There were limited kitchen accessories.

Centrally located, lots of places to eat nearby, 7-11 across the street. 5min walk to BC place and about 25 min walk to Vancouver convention center. People working at desk were great, attentive staff! Anything we needed, it was brought to us. Concierge was very knowledgeable about the area. We were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready for check in. About 30 min ride from airport. 10 min walk to IGA grocery store. Room we stayed in had fridge, microwave, kcup coffee, 3 burner cook top, and small electric oven, and a separate sitting room, w/ small couch, chair and coffee table. Bed was decent (i prefer softer), clean room. Was disappointed that the hot tub wasnt HOT. The law regulates temp and its a shame cuz i couldn't use it. I soaked in the tub in the room that had HOT water. Pool could use updating, as well. Could use more outlets in the rooms, and maybe that could be solved by putting updated lamps on the endtables that have built in chargers. Over all, very satisfied and would stay again.

The hotel was very nice and check in was super fast and our room was ready early. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. Nice updates to an older hotel.

Although the location of this hotel is very good, the hotel itself is tired and dark. Staff were nice enough; we had little contact. This is a 2 to 3 star hotel for which we paid over 700.00 a night. It was not worth more than 300 nightly even in Vancouver. Examples were the crazy noisy air conditioner and kitchenette appliances that did not function. Then-after all was said and done, the hotel had the nerve to charge 24 a night for parking. For another two hundred a night we could have stayed in a top Vancouver hotel with breakfast and parking included. Don’t book this hotel!
