We loved that we were greeted immediately by the gentlemen who helped with our luggage and the ladies at the front desk. Both were able to answer questions and help with ideas for our vacation. The area was very safe and very close to Robson and Granville. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The restaurant - Orginal Joe’s is attached to the hotel and offers very good food. There is a small croissant and coffee next door - Dulcey- excellent! Our room was very clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Did not hear noise from other rooms or hallways. We would definitely return!!

Bed super comfortable. For more eco boost I suggest eliminating all prepackaged soaps etc. they just get wasted with a few uses. I liked the shower equipped with shampoo and soap dispenser.
