First room assigned was very small and had no closet,or wardrobe - had to change rooms. Only 1 coffee supplied, had to ask for a second. Second stay, glasses not clean, nor was one towel, nor was the toilet. Shuttle service very unreliable, finally had to take a taxi, which was reimbursed. Highlight was the breakfast to go for $8, prepared by Moxie’s. Property very expensive for a third rate hotel. Front desk tried to help, but they were dealing with poor facilities and shuttle.

I can't recommend
The bathroom did not have a switch to turn on the fan. Hence, there was some minor amount of mold growing in the bathroom. We had to move to a second room as the first room had a strong stench of mold. The second room was slightly better, but it still had a slight smell. The front desk at check-in had the times slightly off for the early morning airport shuttle. This wasn't really an issue for us specifically, but I imagine it could be an issue with travelers.

Surprise that made 8 year old very happy!
The moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and calm voice. Then..she told us "we are upgrading you." That was a fantastic surprise. My daughter was thrilled that we had a jacuzzi in the room and her bed was upstairs :-) It made our last night in Vancouver special and memorable! Thank you!
