I found a cockroach in my room. The woman at the front desk was very kind and accommodating, she gave me a new room. I appreciate the gesture. However, it was still gross to find in my room and threw a wrench in my vacation plans. The hotel should never be allowed to reach an unsanitary state like this. I will not stay here again.
