Location was great. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Despite the site saying the rooms were recently renovated, the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. I was wearing white socks and they became dirty in a matter of an hour. The fridge was dirty too with black dirt (?) on the inside. I called twice to have someone come and check why our thermostat wasn't turning on, but no one came. Such a shame because truly the location is amazing.

Great location and the room was comfortable and clean. Only suggestion is they improve their wifi. I had to use my phone hotspot to work in the room. Also, no movie rental options.

I liked the location of the hotel, was able to walk around easily and safely. I also enjoyed that there were two restaurants located inside the hotel and the food was delicious. I was a bit disappointed with the location of the room. I was right next to the stairwell on the 10th floor and was constantly hearing people slam open and close that door. The room was also very small too but can’t complain since it was just me. Also found a large chunk of hair in the fridge when I was going to place leftovers. Also did not enjoy that when I used the shower in the morning, the water leaked out created a huge mess.

I'm giving it 3/5 stars. 1 ⭐ for convenient location 1 ⭐ for comfy bed 1 ⭐ for nice pool -1 ⭐ for stuffy, confusing layout, tight parking -1 ⭐ for the price for a small room, could be cleaner/nicer for the price. I get that it's downtown but a nice cleanly room goes a long way. Thanks for the stay!

Close to downtown was about the only thing good. Hotel is old outdated. Rooms small. Comfortable king size but Air conditioning did not work. In fact , it heated the room to 89F while we slept and during day. Strange ! No clean towels. Room not serviced. Don’t book sandman.

Best shower I have ever experienced and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in for a hotel. Great location for walking. Staff was very courteous. Was nice and quiet contributing to a restful sleep.
