The Property itself is a go to for me when travelling, both business and professional. It is becoming a bit overrun with young hockey teams etc. so if you’re expecting quiet or professional, don’t.

I reserved this hotel for my wedding guests from overseas, and I deeply regret it. On their second night, they requested additional towels, and the concierge initially said they would be delivered. After waiting a few hours without hearing back, they called again, and this time the concierge said they would bring the towels tomorrow. Of course, they needed the towels right away. The concierge then told them to come down to get them. This is the worst hotel service I’ve ever encountered. The concierge woman seemed like she hates her job—why is she even working there?

The staff was exceptionally friendly when I arrived, I was upgraded, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and clean. I had dinner at moxies and the meal delicious and the service was excellent. My overall experience was great, I’d definitely return!

I appreciated the room upgrade. I was concerned about a homeless person who was sleeping in the lobby and became quite violent in the morning when he awoke.
