The hotel is standard if a little overpriced. Convenient regular free airport shuttle. Too short a time with lobby Starbucks open. The lack of safety handles in step up tub/shower means we’ll never stay there again.

I just checked in around 4:45 pm today and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the front desk. The lady who helped me was extremely rude and impatient when I asked a simple question about the airport shuttle. She seemed eager to rush me out even though there was no one waiting behind me, and she didn’t even bother to tell me where my room was. I had to return to the desk to ask again, which was very frustrating. Thankfully, another staff member who was there was much nicer and helped me out. Still, my first impression of this hotel was really disappointing because of how unprofessional the first front desk staff member was.

Very nice room. Hotel is HUGE, so for people with walking difficulties it is HARD to get around. 290 steps from pool to elevator! 60 steps from pool to change room. :( They gave us an upgrade which was kind. Nothing in the room to give information except QR codes. What about people like us who don’t have fancy phones and don’t DO QR codes? There should be some printed info in the room re room service, restaurant menus etc. There was only one kind of pillow, and it was too thick and fluffy to be comfortable sleeping - maybe they could also provide an alternative. Pool was nice although a bit shallow (.92 m) for swimming laps. Hot tub very nice. :)
