This is a very comfortable hotel, with an excellent airport shuttle, great for an overnighter. There is a pool with loungers outside, as well as an indoor option. Great food for breakfast at Denny's, and better food at the onsite Steakhouse, though pricier, but had a great patio.

Reception staff were courteous, pleasant, and extremely helpful. The Chop restaurant off the lobby was excellent. There is a Denny's close by. We didn't have time to use either pool, but the outdoor pool looked great...clean and inviting. Our room was pristine and had a comfortable bed.

Staff could bare speak English. Not helpful. Wouldn’t let my spouse check in even though we have the same address and name on our ID and they embarrassed him. He is a leukaemia patient and gets easily confused. They were terrible.

Very disappointed with the price wise. Paying too much and they can’t even afford free breakfast. Me and my family drove to tim hortons every morning for breakfast. Only good thing is they have free parking and pools. I put my service tag on the door to replace towels and change garbage but they didn’t. I checked with reception and they were like sir it’s too late now. Then they send someone for the service. Both restaurants have no vegetarian options. I won’t be back here !!

We stayed for a quick over night between flights- The shuttle was great. The hotel is spotlessly clean and super quiet. We booked a room for 4 people and got three towels, the only toiletries available were two bars of soap. We would have appreciatedshampoo and enough towels for everyone. We were in the room for 7 hours total, but thought the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a decent stay.

Good: Close to the airport (very important if you coming from a long flight). Friendly staff. Bad: Our bed sheet was dirty, the TV remote control was broken and the bathroom sink's water pressure is way too high and the previous guest's used coffee cup was on the balcony table.

Enjoyable stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite spread out with different areas/towers. The view and room were amazing. Unfortunately we could smell other guests smoking on their decks so needed to close our door at times. The room was clean and well stocked.
