Really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was amazing, hotel is spotless and modern, pool and gym were fine. Our family room though was simply not big enough, on e wardrobe and a chest of drawers is ludicrous for a family of 4, and was a real low point of our stay. I'd say the bar was ok, but not as good as I would've expected. A bit small and not especially lively. Views were great and close to downtown. Staff were all brilliant.

The hotel was in a good location. The hotel was clean and the staff were very attentive. The pool and Starbucks are excellent features that are within the hotel. The hotel is near a hospital so you can hear sirens occasionally. There are also camps of unhomed people surrounding the area. These unfortunate souls tend to beg for money which is understandable but the experience could be a bit scary for kids. Overall my experience was good and I would stay there again.

I booked a room as per the picture, full view of Vancouver. But firstly, they gave a room with a smaller window. I complained, they gave a bigger window room. But it was not the room i booked. My booking room is bigger, and cost more.
