The service was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was small and dated. There was an old hair tie by the wall between the bed and nite stand. The bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet, so it did wrinkle during the night. The dispenser in the shower was empty. There was no mat for the tub creating a very slippery floor. My husband did slip and fall.

The room was ok and the staff nice, however there is basically zero sound proofing from the outside or the floor above - you can hear everyone in the courtyard and vehicles blasting music. The room doors are basically exposed to the outside more like a motel. It really kinda felt like a renovated motel 6 with a fresh coat of paint and a lush courtyard. Not sure it’s worth the price unless you can’t find some place quieter/for a better rate.

The Burrard is a great, central location with excellent value for staying in downtown vancouver. The vibe is very cute and retro, and the sleep was excellent. Little noisy, but given the location it is to be expected. The staff was always cheerful and helpful

Good budget friendly option

The staff were great but the casting for streaming didn’t work for any app and the hotel is very loud. Luckily the room had a portable AC machine that was quite loud and blocked the noises from outside. The only other thing was the sink in the bathroom was so small it was a bit of a challenge washing my face and trying not to get water on the ground. That being said, if you’re looking for a more budget friendly option, I’d suggest this hotel as it is clean, in a central location, the beds were comfortable in my opinion, and the staff were friendly.

Great location, really enjoyed using their bikes, much better quality than bikes available to rent around the city. VIP perk of free parking was also great! Nothing fancy but really enjoyed our stay.
