Great place to stay!!
This hotel is very comfortable. The team that works here is very nice and friendly from the check person to housekeepers to check out. I would recommend this hotel. It's close to a few restaurants, and shopping it's just off the highway.

Had the privilege of staying here during a brief work trip in Burnaby. Courteous and professional staff- offered me water and chocolate when I arrived and laughed at my bad jokes. Coffee lounge was the perfect place to wait for my early morning uber. Would recommend any time for a solo traveller or a couple.

I chose the hotel for its location - walking distance from an event I was participating in. It was convenient, though I was disappointed that my non-Tesla electric car could not take advantage of the charging station, which was Tesla-only. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and positive.

It was a very pleasant stay in a room with a kitchenette. Worked out very well as a location for us to easily get around the city. The lounge area was a nice extra space to get out with nice beverages, and the view of the mountains was a pleasant surprise. Traffic near by is a bit loud during weekday rush hour in the morning, but wasn't all that bad. The staff were extremely friendly and the rainfall shower was really relaxing. All in all I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it for people looking for a cozy place to relax for an extended stay.

Very clean property and rooms with friendly staff. Rooms are very large with good sized TVs and nice bathrooms. They are trying to go above and beyond with their service, having a espresso/latte machine available, small indoor longue area with games, an outside lounge area, 24 hour front desk and gifts on arrival. I do wish there was some kind of breakfast service even if it were just small grab bags or bagels ect, but there is a Wendy’s right across the street. Easily walkable to transit and sky train for hassle free trips in to the city.
