Good Location pre-cruise
Perfect location for pre cruise. 3 blocks west from our hotel were a few nice restaurants. Nice little boutique hotel. Room was small but bathroom was large. Free minimal breakfast (not a buffet). Bed and pillows were a bit hard. Due to some other reviews I specifically asked months ago when I reserved it not to be put facing busy road but sure enough were facing the main road which was a bit noisy. I did not complain as it was for 1 night. Nespresso machine in room which was nice. 4 blocks from the port. Overall would I stay here again? Probably for the location. Felt for the price the room was a bit small.

This is a nice, classic style (older and charming) hotel. Our room was small but comfortable, excellent bed, nice coffee maker (NESSPRESSO), bathroom was OK, no exhaust fan, friendly service, difficult parking at a contracted parking garage next door and the best part... excellent breakfast was included. Over all a solid 4 stars plus.

Enjoyed our one night stay at the St. Regis. The person who stored our luggage for us (sorry I didn’t get his name) was extremely kind. They have L’Occitane bath products, had free bottled water in the room and had a Nespresso coffee maker in the room. The only complaint we had was the squeaky floorboards. We were afraid of interrupting the guests downstairs and sort of felt like we were walking on eggshells. However, this will not stop us from staying at the St. Regis again and will the next time we are in Vancouver.

Beautiful old hotel
The hotel was an old beautiful restored hotel with a restaurant attached..the food was amazing and reasonably priced..unfortunately the location was terrible..lots of homeless and smelled like urine

Hotel itself was brilliant - can't recommend it highly enough. What I do not recommend is Vancouver itself, however - is the only city I have been to where I didn't feel comfortable because of the homeless people lining the streets, often passed out because of the huge fentanyl issue. Was incredibly sad to see and not at all what I was expecting before travelling to Vancouver.

Solid stay at the St. Regis. The staff are great and have great recommendations. Rooms are a great size and clean. The building is older so you may have to deal with some odours but the staff can help! Close proximity to many things and easy to get around in this area.

Front desk staff are excellent, room was nicely appointed and the bed was comfortable, hotel had a luxury feel, easy walk for pharmacy/convenience store across the street, next to subway, 10 minute walk to high end stores (LV/Hermès/Tiffany etc), quick taxi to cruise terminal or 15-20 minute walk, breakfast staff were friendly, breakfast was free and delicious- so glad we chose this hotel. Would stay here again.

Cozy Comfort Within A Big City
We really enjoyed our recent stay at the St. Regis Hotel. Our room and bathroom were very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was prepared well and excellent. An extra bonus was the wonderful French bakery that is attached to this delightful boutique hotel. If we return to Vancouver, we will definitely be staying at the St. Regis Hotel again.

Location was great and easy walk to attractions and dining. Street is a bit noisy in the morning but that is to expected. Great shopping and dining options all around the hotel. Made to order breakfast was included which is a nice convenience and they were able to accommodate my celiac dietary restrictions. Very clean property and beds were very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again.
