A small, intimate, hotel offering top notch service, a central location that is walkable to most downtown areas of interest, and a tasty and full breakfast. Staff are wonderful and I enjoyed another restful stay.

Staff super friendly especially the breakfast crew! Then hotel is a little run down. But close to everything and easy to walk everywhere.

The hotel is in a great location. I love love the breakfast staff. It would be good if the day front desk staff remember who you are, I have stayed several times and not very friendly. The night and weekend staff are great very helpful and pleasant.

Great downtown hotel

Excellent location, breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Yes the traffic can be a bit noisy but its an old building and outside of the hotels ability to control. It did not disturb our stay and we had a great nights sleep. One downside was that the person cleaning rooms knocked and then entered even when we said not to.

Great Hotel

We always stay at the St. Regis. Its close to the train station. The coffee shop serves a nice breakfast. It's an easy walk to Gastown. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice. We consider ourselves regulars.

Excellent location, super friendly staff, and a delicious breakfast - what more could you ask for? The restaurant on site serves outstanding food; I highly recommend the salmon dish. The hotel's comfortable beds, modern bathroom, and spacious closets make it an ideal choice. Plus, it's within walking distance to Canada Place. If you're planning to visit Capilano Bridge, take advantage of the convenient shuttle bus service. And, for a hassle-free trip to the airport, simply hop on the Waterfront Line subway - no need for an Uber!
