This is a hotel that has homeless living in it. While I agree with the fact that housing is important, I feel it should be something that is disclosed in the ad's so you are aware prior to booking. It is an older building, not well kept, not clean that's needs money spent to upgrade.

Allowed my cat in the room.. configuration of the room felt weird where the beds and tv were located.. you had to lay down on the side to watch tv., it was not very workable..

Room had a terrible odour. Was dirty. Smallest window I’ve ever seen. Looked like a dungeon. Hotel agent switched my room to another that had just as strong of an odour and even smaller window. You can’t get reception in their rooms. Told the hotel again I couldn’t stay there. He told me I’d have to contact Expedia for a refund. Spoke to the Expedia agent in a chat. They told me the hotel had to approve the refund. Conflicting information. They checked with the hotel agent who told him I switched room 3 times. He lied. Mitch was his name. The Expedia agent then came back and believed the hotel agent over me. And refused to refund me. They said I had high expectations for a budget hotel. The Expedia site did not make me aware this was a “budget” hotel. From the hotel to the Expedia agent. This was a terrible experience and I am never booking with Expedia again. Zero stars if I could. I’m so upset by this.

The room was clean, it was quiet, the bed was too hard for me personally, but the pillows were great! Love that they have a keurig in the room and the continental breakfast was typical. All in all it was a good stay, and cost was good.

The room was clean the shower didn't work have to hold the tub divider stem in order for the shower to work. The room had a new TV so I have to call the front desk to see how the setup worked with the remote you have to go to the back of the TV go to the TV menu and then use the remote not a very good system The hallways were dirty garbage around I would say is spend some money on the property do some updates
