I had booked a room with 2 beds but the room had 1 kingsize bed, forcing my husband and adult son to share the bed. The staff said they didn't speak English and were not helpful. Also,there was no breakfast as adverised. We will never stay there nor recommend it.

Pretty rough
If you like the smell of stale smoke, this is the hotel for you. The rooms were dirty, broken, and stinky. At least the sheets seemed clean, at least I hope they were. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the only reason I would ever think about staying here again was because the people bent over backwards to help out.

When I realized my room had a heating issue, they promptly moved me to a better room that was more comfortable, and had the desk and office chair that I needed for the evening. For that price in that area this is a very good choice. There’s not much the breakfast but again you’re paying one of the lowest prices in that area for a hotel room.

Upon trying to sleep in my bed, there was somebody’s toenails poking me on top of that. There is so much pee on the baseboard in the washroom all around that has not been washed or scrubbed off and hair in the bathtub.

I don’t agree with saving most rooms on the bottom floor for guests with pets. Both of us have arthritis in both knees and it was quite difficult having to walk up a large flight of stairs to our room. And by not having an elevator, we struggled very much.

Safe and comfortable no frills motel
Stayed here a few times. Relatively well maintained family run motel that’s safe and secure with lots of cameras and on site security. Despite newer premium linens, the rooms are in near original condition and the cleanliness is OK, but can definitely be improved. Customer service is outstanding and represents excellent value for your dollar.
