Great hotel to relax

The front desk was awesome in recommendations on local things in the area. The shuttle was perfect and effortless from the airport. We slept a solid 14 hours from how comfortable and perfect the room was.

It is an old building and out dated but fits the bill for a night after a long fly back. Highlight is the parket available included with the room rate, difficult to find in the area Location is golden, close to a mall a sky train station. Bed is comfortable so the pillow.

Overall stay was good.rooms were neat and clean. Bu breakfast was not that great not many choice the workers at breakfast section were busy for having their own breakfast rather than serving the guests.

I’m not sure if this place is under new management or on life support. The rooms are tired. It needs a complete refresh to be brought back to life. Having said that, the front desk staff were friendly. It was very economical. The rooms are as clean as possible given the state of the hotel. The breakfast was okay. The shuttle was on time. There is a good pub style restaurant across the street. It is right next door to the Richmond Hospital. If you want cheap, can overlook a tired old hotel, and just need a one-night airport stay, go for it. Personally, I won’t return. For $20 more, you can get a better place elsewhere.

This is great place to stay for a quick overnight. It is an older building with some aging, and signs of wear and tear. But the linens were good, the bed comfortable and everything was clean. They offer a decent breakfast too. The staff are excellent. They offer shuttle services to YVR which makes it convenient for a stopover.

Best Western SureStay was excellent place to stay. It is usual with Best Western chain of hotels. The room was spacious and very quiet. I took good sleep after coming from the flight to Vancouver and almost no sleep the previous night. The location was chosen because I had to attend to some business the next morning. The hotel is located in the business area of Richmond with walkable access to downtown business area. Shopping mall with several food courts is within 15 minutes walking distance. Continental breakfast was included with my stay. I would say it is average breakfast. I have experienced worse and better breakfasts options in various hotels around Canada and Europe. I did not notice anything negative during my stay in SureStay Best Western in Richmond.
