Expedia showed free airport shuttle but we found out upon getting a shuttle to the wrong BW hotel that this hotel shuttle doesn’t run after 11pm. It should be made more clear on the website

Great place to stay.
Great overnight between flights. Great that a shuttle was available. Had a flight out late the next day & perfect that we could store our luggage, see some highlights come back & get Shuttle back to airport. Front desk staff excellent giving suggestion on what to do in area.

Incredible staff, extremely accommodating to all of our needs. The staff went above and beyond for my friend and I, since we are travelling a very far distance this was a very big help to us. The breakfast was had many options and the free airport shuttle was definitely a bonus. Overall the staff made a very positive impact and made the trip much more enjoyable.

Pretty Good Stay!
This was our first trip to Richmond. Found a great deal here on Hotels.com. I liked that the hotel offers parking with the room and a pretty good continental breakfast! (Freshly made scrambled eggs, muffins from a local bakery, coffee, etc.) The location was perfect for our needs, being walkable to transit and various restaurants. My issues: the beds really hurt my back and my husband's. While I have back issues, my husband does not, so it was not just sensitivity. Neither of us had a good night sleep due to the pain in our backs. Additionally, the walls are paper thin. Though not the fault of the hotel, our neighbors were obnoxiously loud around 4 AM and between their noise and the bad bed, there was no more sleep. That all said, the staff here are really nice. They were friendly and took care during our check-in, as well as being helpful during breakfast. Overall, I do recommend this place if location, parking, breakfast, and good staff are high on your list!

Front desk people are superlative. Very welcoming and very helpful. Indian woman working in the breakfast nook is delightful. The bed was excellent. The room was quiet. The place clean. It’s old and run down hotel but good for a night sleep and that’s the point.

Television was substandard very bad reception bathtub had a detached, broken plug receptacle. There was no coffee in the room. That is if you consider decaf to be coffee.
