I booked this hotel because it had EV charging station. Turns out it no longer exists. Had I known that I would’ve went to a different hotel so that my car can get charged while parked. I was not offered any sort of remedies or compensation for this incident which I think I should’ve. Other than that the hotel is great.

I have stayed here a few times and this most recent stay was definitely my worst. There is always a lot of noise with this hotel, however the price and location is worth it that I ignore it. However this stay, there were tiny bugs in the bathroom crawling on the floor and walls. There was construction happening literally directly outside our window that we were not told about, which began at 8:00 AM and almost shook the room. There was loud music being played underneath us, and it was a terrible morning. I really wish the stay was better, because my stay in previous times has been better. Unfortunately I would steer away from this hotel now in the future.

The hotel was very clean and had an amazing ambiance. Location was convenient to walk downtown for shopping food and bars. Hotel felt safe and had all necessities. The only down side was the room was very small and the website mentioned but was not clear that we would be sharing a bathroom with other guests.

The interior design of the room and bathroom is very good. I loved the Euro style rooms, and chose to share a bathroom with few other guests. There were three modern and extremely clean bathrooms on my floor and you never had to wait your turn. The staff kept the amenities up to date and plenty of towels and bath mats for all. The bed is one of the most comfortable hotel beds ever! Thank you for excellent service.

Great stay! The booking wasn’t super clear that it would be shared bathrooms. Kind of a surprise when we got into our room. Bathrooms were nice and clean, so I didn’t affect our stay much.
