The check in was great, friendly receptionist, and the room itself was clean and had everything we needed. But the people above and beside us were very loud. We came back around 11 from a concert and there was no where to park, as we had paid for parking. Ran into reception to ask where to park and they were closed! So we had to drive in circles for a while until someone left a spot. Overall it was fine and in a convenient location.

This is a great location if you need to be near UBC for business or pleasure, or prefer the local neighborhoods to downtown or near the airport, where most hotels are. Easy access on foot, bike, or short drive to the Seawall path and numerous trails in Pacific Spirit Park, short drive or bus ride to Kitsilano neighborhood with lots of great dining and shopping. We also discovered it's literally just behind the UBC Aquatics Centre, which has public hours for indoor lap and family swim. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and kitchens fully equipped for cooking. Staff was very helpful. Great alternative to Air B and B.

great room and location on campus. room was large and very clean and comfortable. parking was available and there were a lot of spaces available for free hotel parking. we will definitely stay here again.

Hard to find check in. No TV in bedroom

Very difficult checking in. No sign on door indicating where to check in. Yes, was told at a different address, but this is not seen from the street to where UBER or taxis drop you off. Line up in student union building to check in or get laundry soap or machine payment. Nice rooms BUT no TV in bedroom. Only a little TV in front room in front of hid abed. A hotel treat for us is to watch TV in bed, but not here.

West Coast Suites.

Spotlessly clean and nice unit. Nearby bus services which was excellent. Sofa, chair, TV is the only negative as they weren’t comfortable but everything else was 100%. Kitchen was well stocked.

Good value and nice accomodation.

This is a nice suite (separate bed/bathroom from the living area and kitchenette). There is an Nespresso Machine, and a kettle (much appreciate the latter). A safe, if you need it. Comfortable bed, nice heat pump for both cooling and heating. Friendly and helpful staff in the main building (which isn't where the suites are; its the next building over, but clearly marked. Close to UBC Bus loop, so easy to go anywhere; parking is affordable, if you arrive by car. There are some nice restaurants in the area and the usual campus style coffee places. So, for the money, its a great deal. Its not downtown, but if you want that, just take a bus. A tub would have been nice, but you can't have everything.
