Great clean, comfortable social enterprise hotel, very reasonably priced. Room was serviced daily … which first happen in many hotels recently. Would definitely stay here again

Helpfull staff and friendly, ran out parking but very helpful in assisting finding parking close to property.
Clean rooms & friendly staff.
We stayed in a queen room with private

Hostel, not hotel
Expedia/hotels.com need to make it much clearer about what a property is. One bathroom, one shower and one roll of toilet paper on an entire floor isn’t a hotel. The beds are so narrow, an adult male barely fits, let alone being able to turn over. Vancouver is desperately short of rooms but that doesn’t mean you can portray a mediocre offering as a top choice. There was no parking either and had to walk three blocks with a torn ligament. It was lucky the car was still there as the overrated area was full of revellers and worse shouting and drinking and smoking dope. Not a cop in sight. Motel 6 looks good in comparison, despite nice staff. This is for frugal travellers and 20-somethings only. You pulled this same stunt for bookings in Tampa a few months ago when the properties still had substantial damage after hurricanes. In both cases i walked away after only one night of a multi-day stay. But you dont care - as long as you take your cut out of the property, regardless and apparently no accountability.
The team was really hospitable. I arrived at 12pm from a long hauled flight and they were more than happy to accommodate an early checkin at 12PM. They are also a non profit hotel that donates their room revenues to good causes. Will certainly b back :)
