For 400$ we had no bathroom in the room. there was nothing stating we wouldnt have a bathroom, staff didnt mention when checking in nor tell us where the bathroom was on our floor Completely unacceptable when other rooms had a bathroom. asked to change rooms to a room with a bathroom and they couldn't. i would never stay there again.

It is a shared bathroom you dont get a private bathroom . My car window was also broken into while i was staying there for 250$ you should atleast get a private bathroom

the staff are wonderful and helpful and i love that profits are donated, however the prices are way too high for what you get. i paid nearly $500 for a single bed that is subpar at best.

The rooms are small and the water took at least 5 minutes to heat up. It was super convenient to get to and from the Rogers Arena though! Location was decently safe and had lots of little restaurants, coffee shops and fast food places within walking distance. If you don't mind the size of the room and having to pay extra for a private bathroom, this place is really awesome for any event at BC place or Rogers Arena!

Unique property. Originally a bit concerned about the 'shared bathrooms" part, but it worked out well. Simply a bathroom between 2 rooms that the 2 rooms shared. Once you went in, both doors locked with the press of the button, so there was never a concern about someone walking in on you. Property itself was clean, modern, within walking distance of food and shopping. Rooms were fairly basic, but still very nice. Would recommend wholeheartedly

Very nice staff, rooms very clean, didn’t realize we had shared restrooms, but that my fault. All and all very nice and would stay again. Location was great. Cost of stay went for a good cause.

This hotel is so convenient. And it is a little unique and that you do have shared baths, which was just fine because they were very clean and the rooms are small but serviceable I was not allowed to take my bike to my room, but it was in a locked room in the basement. It is just right in the middle of everything and so handy to go get food and just walk around and see that whole area of the city.
