Good value for money

The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable enough with a large room and bathroom. We were able to check in early and drop our luggage in the room which was very convenient.

A convenient location with some free parking. A great price for a single traveler. Some rooms above a street with constant bus traffic and a stop below my window. Somewhat noisy. Request an inner room. Breakfast modest.

How this be called a Hotel

Had trouble getting into hotel no reception after 8pm, only an intercom. When I tried to use it someone answered and hung up this happened twice. No restaurant or bar and it’s called a hotel?

Reasonable hotel, right in the centre of town

Reasonable rooms, furnished with the basics. Decent breakfast spread, lift for your luggage, etc. An easy walk from the railway station.

Familjärt Hotel mitt i centrum, 10 min promenad från stationen. Mysigt rum. Liten frukost. Tog lite tid innan allt kom fram. Löskokta ägget var perfekt för en gång skull. Helt okey hotell för någon natt för den prislappen.

Slarvigt städat

Det hängde använda trosor i badrummet, inte trevligt! De kom snabbt och tog bort dem när jag ringde och påpekade detta, men kändes ofräscht. Var även damm och kapsyl i hörnet i sovrummet, så slarvigt städat. Sen öppning på frukost och kort tid den serverades så funkade inte för oss. Inget erbjudande om frukostpåse, vilket andra hotell i liknande prisklass erbjuder.

Helt ok boende mitt i Västerås.

Helt ok boende mitt i stan. Du bor där för läget. Dammigt golv i rummet men badrummet bra städat. Frukosten var ok. Tråkigt att det varma inte fylldes på och brödet var hårt. Stora bord som gör att du måste dela bord med andra. Trångt i frukosten.

Bättre än det ser ut utifrån

Det ser inte mycket ut för världen utifrån men rummen var fina och servicen bra. Frukost hade inga varma rätter men bra utbud ändå. Dessutom mitt i stan.
